NIL readiness

Athlete branding, media training, content-creation workshops, and the basics of how name, image and likeness deals work for high school athletes.

Player spotlights and on-air interviews through IE Sports Net on FOX Sports Radio 1350 AM, plus game reels and combine coverage built for social.

College pathway

NAIA programs have played women's flag football since 2020, and the NCAA added it as an emerging sport in January 2026. We help athletes get measured, filmed and in front of those coaches.

A full day of evaluation

Combine testing, position drills, individual skill work, 1-on-1s and team competition. Coaches evaluate athletic ability, football skills, effort, attitude, coachability, competitiveness and teamwork.

2027 roster spots are limited. BAC, Ohana and BAC Ohana Elite are each carrying about 12–15 athletes.

Keynote speaker

Felicia Mendoza

Life coach, speaker and community leader with 20+ years in social work, coaching and leadership. She'll talk with athletes about confidence, identity, leadership, positive choices and purpose. Parents are welcome to join.

Full showcase details

This showcase is more than a camp. It's a chance for girls to compete, develop, learn, and be evaluated for a spot on the 2027 BAC, Ohana, or BAC Ohana Elite roster.

We aren't just looking for the fastest or most athletic girls. We're looking for young ladies who want to compete, learn, work, and become BAC Ohana athletes. Selected athletes may compete in regional and national events as the program grows from Indiana to Arizona and Southern California.

Also included: offensive and defensive skill development, flag football IQ and technique work, and the keynote session with Felicia Mendoza. BAC Ohana believes developing the athlete means working with the whole family, so parents are part of the day too.

Who can try out?

Competitive middle school and high school girls at every position. Experience helps, but coaches are looking for athleticism, coachability and heart.

We're outside California. Can she still be evaluated?

Yes. Indiana and Nebraska athletes can register for the March 20 showcase in Terre Haute. Tucson dates are coming soon. Choose her home state on the form and a coach will follow up with the closest option.

How does the college and media side work?

Every athlete gets measured combine numbers and film. Selected athletes are featured in IE Sports Net spotlights on FOX Sports Radio 1350 AM and social, and coaches help families share profiles with NAIA and NCAA programs that sponsor flag football.

What should she bring?

Cleats, a mouthguard, water, and athletic wear. Plan to arrive early for check-in.

When does the travel season start?

After the CIF-SS high school flag football season wraps up, so it never competes with her school team.
